Inspiration is just a train of thought.

It’s common to think of inspiration as something alighted upon us unexpectedly by a gentle external force, or will only strike when this muse deems fit to appear. Like Newton and his apple. Poppycock. What if inspiration is really just a train of thought. A progression of ideas/thoughts connected by trigger words or impressions that culminates in a lightbulb moment.
